A few months ago we decided to put our home on the market. Our first step was select a real estate agent. After interviewing several realtors, we chose Rodney and Cindy Lewis, Real Estate Agents for Tierra Antigua Realty, to represent us through the process. Our decision was primarily based on their business model not to practice "limited representation." They only represent their clients whether they are the seller or the buyer, not both.
